Tweaking The Registry

By tweaking the registry, you can set their own display your computer operating system, registry playing very easy, even beginners can do it. But before you tamper with the registry make sure you make it back up first. This is important if these changes result in errors, you can still return as original.
The following are tips and tricks play a registry

First: disable MS-DOS Command Prompt
This is usually in the settings in the Internet cafe computers, so that ignorant users not to tamper with the command prompt. The following setting will prevent the use of MS-DOS Command Prompt in windows.
Follow the steps below.
Click Start ==> Run, type regedit and press Enter

Value Name: Disabled
Data Type: REG_DWORD Data: (0 = disable, 1 = enable / prevent MS-DOS command prompt)

Second: Preventing changes Setting Network
If you enable this setting, then other people can not change the settings in Control Panel - Network.
Follow the steps below.
Click Start ==> Run, type regedit and press Enter.

Data Type: REG_DWORD
Data: )0 = disabled, 1 = enabled)

Third: Prevent change printer settings
If you enable this setting, other people can not change the settings in the Control Panel - Printers.
Click Start ==> Run, type regedit, and press enter.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\
CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer
Value Name: Noprinters
Data Type: REG_DWORD
Data: (0 = disabled, 1 = enabled)

Fourth: to prevent changes in setting Password
If you make this setting enabled so others can not change the settings in Control Panel - Password. in other words, other people can not change the password (if the computer password you use windows).
Click Start ==> Run, type regedit and press Enter.

Data: (0 = disabled, 1 = enabled)

Fifth: Protecting System
Dialog box to log in windows is ridiculous. Box appears on the screen and asks the following user name password. If filled with unknown user name, windows still allow the user enters. If someone does not give any information, he can just press the Escape (Esc) and can still enter too.
There are simple ways to ensure that only the combination of specific user name and password that can pass the log in box. Edit the registry to be able to manage who can log in to your computer, but before that there are several steps that must be done. First, enable user profiles in a computer.
Start ==> Setting ==> Control Panel, double-click the password option, and click the tab User profiles. Select an option "Users can customize their preferences and desktop settings". Also give a check mark beside both options under it. Select Ok.
Now create your own account. From Control Panel, double-click User and use the wizard to add a profile for your own. If none of the Users icon in Control Panel you, means you're running the original version of Windows 95, and must perform the following steps: Start ==> Shut Down, select "Close all programs and log on as a different user", then clik OK. When the log on dialog box appears, enter your user name and password. Type the password again when Windows asks for confirmation.
Now you are ready to edit the Registry.
Click Start ==> Run, type regedit and press Enter.
Key:
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current\version\Run.
With the Run folder still selected, select Edit * New * String Value. Type GoAway and press Enter to name the value. Now double click and type rundll.exe GoAway user.exe, EXITWINDOWS.Klik OK.
Now you can close regedit.
When logging in windows dialog box appears, you can log in with user name and password that you provide for your own. If someone is pressing the Escape (Esc) or enter a different user name and password, windows will refuse and immediately log out and then display the dialog box to log in again.
